This kit includes a custom made adapter housing, all the necessary hardware, a spin on fuel filter as well as a spare fuel filter for future use. These spin on fuel filters can now be pre-filled with diesel fuel to eliminate troublesome bleeding issues.

Perkins 4-107/ 8 fuel filter conversion kit

This is a great rig! Installs easily as advertised and doesn't require lengthy bleeding/ priming process. I've got no excises now for not changing filters in a timely way. Fred Bowers, Schooner Sycamore, Wiscasset Maine

The product works as described and now I can change my primary filter at proper intervals without having to bleed my 4-108. Do not ignor the suggestion to use Locktite when you fasten the adapter. You can find the kit itself considerably cheaper but others do not include two quality filters.
